Most new clients start with a Deep Clean so we can bring your home to the Tend standard before settling into regular maintenance. If your home is already well kept, let us know — a Standard Clean may be the better fit for your first visit.

Your first quote is our best estimate based on what you've shared with us — square footage, condition, and any photos or details you send. If we get there and the scope is meaningfully different from what we discussed, we'll tell you before we start anything, and agree on the number together. No surprises.
