Standard recurring clean

Maintenance for a home already at baseline. Deep-clean work rotates through the home across visits, so it comes back around without waiting for another full deep clean.

Kitchen — counters and backsplash, stovetop and range hood exterior, appliance exteriors, sink and faucet polished, cabinet fronts
Bathrooms — toilets inside and out including base and behind, sinks and vanities, tubs and showers including glass and mirrors
Bedrooms — all surfaces dusted and wiped, beds made
Common areas — all surfaces dusted and wiped
Throughout — baseboards dusted, and wiped in the kitchen and bathrooms, door handles and the area around them, frames dusted, hardware wiped, trash removed and liners replaced, glass spot-cleaned, high-touch points sanitized. Full baseboard detail is part of the deep clean.
Floors — HEPA-sealed vacuuming throughout, then mopped with our microfiber flat mop system

Deep clean

Everything in the Standard Recurring Clean, plus a full reset of everything that only needs periodic attention.

Ceiling fans — blades top and bottom, housing dusted
Range hood filter — removed, hot-soaked and steamed
Interior windows — glass, sills, and tracks
Full baseboard — detail throughout, hand-wiped
Doors — both faces, the top edge, and the frame and casing. Closet and pantry doors are an add-on, quoted once we've seen them.
Air vent and register covers — exterior grilles wiped and vacuumed
Behind and under furniture — sofas, beds, dressers
Detailed grout scrubbing
Light fixtures (reachable) — detailed rather than dusted
Hardware — polished rather than wiped
Dry steam sanitizing on surfaces that allow

Move-in / Move-out clean

For an empty or nearly empty home, between tenants or owners. Everything in a Deep Clean, plus the inside of everything: cabinets, drawers, closets, the oven, and the refrigerator. Priced per home — send us the square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, and the condition it's in.

Add-ons

Priced separately on any visit. Ask when you book, or any time after.

Inside the refrigerator — $50 Shelves and drawers out, washed, and dried before they go back.

Inside the oven — $75. Steam method, no caustic oven cleaner. Takes about an hour.

Inside the dishwasher — $15 Filter, seals, and the spray arms.

Range hood filter — $35 Hot-soaked and steamed. Included in a deep clean already.

Interior windows — $30 Glass, sills, and the tracks. Included in a deep clean already.

HVAC filter swap — $15 You supply the filter, we swap it.

Fresh sheets — $10 a bed. Leave the clean linens out on the bed and we'll change it.

Light decluttering — $63 an hour, per person. Quoted before we start, never open-ended.

Door detail — quoted once we've counted them. A house can have eight doors or twenty-five, so we price this one on sight rather than guessing.

Not offered: inside cabinets and drawers, on a standard or deep clean. That's move-in / move-out scope and we quote it separately.

Pet hair isn't an add-on. Vacuuming is part of every visit, and shedding is something we ask about when we quote rather than charge for afterward.

How pricing works

Because every home is different and we won't know exactly what it needs until we arrive — your first quote is our best estimate based on the information we've received. We'll always communicate openly if anything changes before we begin. After your first visit, recurring quotes are straightforward and consistent.

A note on what we don't do

We don't offer carpet shampooing, and we don't work from tall ladders — anything above safe step-ladder reach is outside our scope. We'd rather tell you that upfront than discover it in your home.

We also don't handle mold on porous surfaces — drywall, wood, ceilings. That's remediation work and it needs a licensed contractor, not a cleaner. Mold in a shower, on tile, glass or grout, is cleaning, and we do that.

What we bring into your home

Everything we use is fragrance-free — Branch Basics, Branch Basics Oxygen Boost, Briotech Sanitizer Disinfectant (hypochlorous acid), 3% hydrogen peroxide, food-grade citric acid, and baking soda. No bleach, no ammonia, no synthetic fragrance, no quaternary ammonium compounds, ever.

We vacuum with a HEPA-sealed commercial machine, steam with a dry vapor system that leaves floors dry in seconds, and bring a completely fresh set of color-coded microfiber to every home — nothing reused between clients.
