Because every home is different and we won't know exactly what it needs until we arrive — your first quote is our best estimate based on the information we've received. We'll always communicate openly if anything changes before we begin. After your first visit, recurring quotes are straightforward and consistent.

Standard Recurring Clean:

Maintenance for a home already at baseline.

Kitchen — counters and backsplash, stovetop and range hood exterior, appliance exteriors, sink and faucet polished, cabinet fronts

Bathrooms — toilets inside and out including base and behind, sinks and vanities, tubs and showers including glass and mirrors

Bedrooms — all surfaces dusted and wiped, beds made

Common areas — all surfaces dusted and wiped

Throughout — baseboards and doors dusted and spot-cleaned, hardware wiped, trash removed and liners replaced, glass spot-cleaned, high-touch points sanitized

Floors — HEPA-sealed vacuuming throughout, then mopped with our microfiber flat mop system

Deep Clean:

Everything in the Standard Recurring Clean, plus a full reset of everything that only needs periodic attention.

Ceiling fans — blades top and bottom, housing dusted
Interior windows — glass, sills, and tracks
Full baseboard detail throughout, hand-wiped
Doors and door frames hand-wiped
Air vent and register covers — exterior grilles wiped and vacuumed
Behind and under furniture — sofas, beds, dressers
Detailed grout scrubbing
Light fixtures detailed rather than dusted
Hardware polished rather than wiped
Dry steam sanitizing on sealed tile, stone, and vinyl

Every new client's first visit is a Deep Clean. We also offer it on its own for a home that needs a reset.

Move-In / Move-Out Clean:

For an empty or nearly empty home, between tenants or owners.

Everything in a Deep Clean, plus the inside of everything: cabinets, drawers, closets, the oven, and the refrigerator. Priced per home — send us the square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, and the condition it's in.

Add-Ons:

Priced separately and never bundled. Ask for any of these when you book, and we'll build in the time.

Inside the oven, refrigerator, and cabinets are included by default only on a Move-In / Move-Out Clean.

A note on what we don't do:

We don't offer carpet shampooing, and we don't work from tall ladders — anything above safe step-ladder reach is outside our scope. We'd rather tell you that upfront than discover it in your home.

Cleaning Products:

  • Branch Basics — Plant-derived, biodegradable, one concentrate that replaces every conventional cleaning product. No fragrance, no synthetic surfactants, no mystery ingredients.

  • Briotech HOCl (Hypochlorous Acid) — The same molecule your immune system produces to fight pathogens. Hospital-grade sanitization in a form so safe it's used on newborns.

  • Branch Basic’s Oxygen Boost — Our grout and deep-stain treatment. A paste that lifts what everyday cleaning can't, without scrubbing chemicals into the air.

  • Dr. Bronner's Sal Suds — Reserved for heavy grease and soaking jobs it's genuinely suited for. Plant-based, biodegradable, used only where it's the right tool.

    Tools:

  • Nilfisk GD930 Pro Canister HEPA Vacuum — Commercial-grade vacuum with true HEPA filtration, paired with a Nilfisk turbo-powered floor nozzle. Captures fine dust and allergens that standard vacuums recirculate back into the air — ideal for homes with pets, allergies, or children.

  • Fresh microfiber cloths and floor pads — Provided at every visit, never reused between homes. All laundered using Branch Basics laundry powder. Fragrance-free, plant-based, no fabric softener, no scent boosters, nothing added.

  • Microfiber flat mop system — How we clean wood and any floor we're not certain about. Barely damp, never wet, dry within seconds. Standing water is what damages a floor, so we never leave any.

  • Glass spray bottles — Glass bottles, not plastic. Our solutions are stored and applied from glass to eliminate microplastics from leaching and chemical contamination.

  • ProV 350 Dry Steam Cleaner — A commercial dry vapor steam system running at 117 psi, using only 5% water content and zero chemicals. We use it on sealed tile, stone, porcelain, sealed concrete, and sealed vinyl to sanitize without residue. Available on deep cleans and by request.

  • Disposable shoe coverings — We bring shoe coverings to every home, so your floors stay clean from the moment we walk through the door.
