Branch Basics concentrate and Oxygen Boost, Briotech Sanitizer Disinfectant, 3% hydrogen peroxide, food-grade citric acid and baking soda. Dilutions are made with distilled water; the steamer runs on remineralized reverse-osmosis water. That's the whole list — there isn't a bottle we won't tell you about.
We clean and we sanitize high-touch points. Those are different jobs and most homes only need the first one. Cleaning physically removes dirt and germs from a surface; sanitizing reduces what's left on the places hands touch most. Disinfecting is a stronger claim tied to specific products and contact times, and it isn't what a home needs day to day.

A deep clean is the reset — baseboards and door frames hand-wiped, ceiling fans blade by blade, interior windows including sills and tracks, vent and register covers, behind and under furniture, detailed grout work, and the range hood filter.
Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator aren't part of either one. They're add-ons you can book on any visit, because they take real time and we won't use caustic oven cleaner to speed them up. Inside cabinets and drawers we don't do at all in an occupied home — that's move-in/move-out scope.
